WORK UNDERWAY ON NEW JAGUAR LAND ROVER DEALERSHIP AT TEAL PARK

Work has begun on site at Teal Park for prestigious car dealership Marshall Motor Group to relocate its Jaguar Land Rover showroom and service centre.

Choosing Teal Park for its premium location alongside the A46 Lincoln Bypass and other car dealerships, the relocation combines two businesses under one roof.  The two-storey 5,000 sq m building will provide an 18 car showroom, 20 service bays, covered drive-through reception, space for 80 used vehicles and rooftop parking.

North Kesteven District Council Leader, Cllr Richard Wright, was pleased to see further development in the District, at one of the county’s most important areas designated for inward investment and business growth.  “This is a prominent position on Whisby Road, at the entrance to a high quality development, well-suited to a high quality project such as this.  The jobs it creates, the additional prestige and the financial investment it brings to the area are all very welcome.”
