TAYLOR LINDSEY SEES FULL OCCUPANCY ON COMPLETION OF AVRO COURT

Avro Court, a speculative commercial / trade counter development, constructed by Taylor Lindsey and marketed by Lambert Smith Hampton, has achieved 100% occupancy upon completion of construction.

The 10,500 sq ft building is located on Sadler Road, to the south west of Lincoln and has proved very popular.  Strong interest from prospective tenants throughout the build programme has been converted into two significant lettings, one to an international ‘household name’ and one to a successful and expanding Lincoln based business.

7,500 sq ft has been let to Ford Retail Ltd, part of the Ford motor group, which has an annual turnover of circa £1.7 billion. The property will be used by their parts division.  Trendell Smart Repairs, who have been trading for 10 years, have taken the remaining 3,000 sq ft.  They specialise in automotive body smart repairs and industrial spraying.  The new premises will also be home their new sister company Simply Wheels Lincoln Ltd, which will focus on alloy wheel refurbishments, using state of the art lathe technology.
