BRAMMER IN NEW PREMISES AT TEAL PARK
17.8.16 Commercial, Residential
Brammer and sister company Buck & Hickman have moved into newly built premises at Vincent Court on Taylor Lindsey’s Teal Park development.
Brammer are regarded as the UK’s leading distributor of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) products. The company is relocating their Lincoln trade counter business from Newark Road Industrial Estate, Lincoln into larger premises to support its expanding business in the East Midlands region. The new facility will house both Brammer and Buck & Hickman, a leading distributor of tools, maintenance and health & safety products.
The 5,000 sq ft building is the first to be occupied on the 26,700 sq ft Vincent Court development, the first medium sized speculative industrial development to be completed in Lincoln for a number of years.
The eight unit scheme is prominently positioned on Teal Park and provides units from 2,600 to 12,500 sq ft.
Taylor Lindsey’s Development Director, Dan Race, commented: ‘Brammer have been tenants at our Newark Road Industrial Estate development for many years and we are delighted at see them move to brand new, much larger premises on the back of strong growth in their business. We have an encouraging level of interest in the remaining units and look forward to welcoming further businesses to Vincent Court shortly’.
