Job Opportunity – New Homes Sales Advisor

Taylor Lindsey Ltd are looking to recruit a New Homes Sales Advisor.  The role will be based at our new residential development at Skellingthorpe.

This position will involve working 4 days a week (Friday to Monday) and bank holiday work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a passion for property. Experience within the property market is desired but not essential as training will be provided.

Your key objective will be to promote sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the home-buying journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective buyers, providing expert guidance and outstanding customer service.
  • Proactively generate and follow up on leads via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain the Marketing Suite and Show Homes to the highest presentation standards.
  • Ensuring marketing materials and signage are up to date.
  • Monitor competitor activity and report market insights to the Sales Manager.
  • Research and promote local amenities, schools, and transport links to potential buyers.
  • Effectively promote Company Purchasing Assistance Incentives and preferred panel solicitors.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to identify and strategize for unsold units.
  • Conduct inspections of completed units, reporting any issues to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain regular contact with purchasers, ensuring clear communication throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare properties for handover, ensuring a seamless transition for new homeowners.
