LARGER BUILDING FOR SMALL BEER

Construction work is progressing on a new warehouse building for real ale wholesalers, Small Beer, at Churchill Business Park, Bracebridge Heath, just to the south of Lincoln.

Developers Taylor Lindsey have leased a building on the site to Small Beer for several years and are pleased to be assisting with the company’s expansion into an additional 10,000 sq ft warehouse premises.

Construction is due to be completed by early Summer, in time for Small Beer’s busy summer period supplying beer festivals nationwide.
