New Premises Completed for Lincoln Gymnastic Club

Taylor Lindsey has completed construction and handed over a brand new building to Lincoln Gymnastics Club.

The modern 11,000 sq ft facility is more than twice the size of the Club’s current premises on Sadler Road, Lincoln. It provides space for the Club to improve its facilities and cater for an ever increasing membership.  The building will incorporate a large gymnastics area, mezzanine viewing gallery, offices and changing facilities.  A large 0.9 acre site provides much needed additional parking space.

The building is situated on Taylor Lindsey’s 15 acre Lincoln Business Park Development which sits between Doddington Road and Sadler Road. It was important for the club to have a prominent and accessible location as its members come from a wide catchment area.  Therefore Sadler Road is ideal as it is close to the Lincoln bypass and city centre.

Dan Race, Development Director with Taylor Lindsey, commented “Lincoln Gymnastics Club are long standing tenants of ours and we are pleased to be able to provide them with new premises to help the Club grow and develop into the future. The build was delivered to schedule and, following the handover, the Club are now working to install the flooring systems and equipment necessary for their use”.  Dan further commented “We wish them every success in the new building and look forward to continuing our long term relationship into the future”.
