REFURBISHMENT WELL UNDERWAY FOR NEW BEAUTICIAN AND SPA

Taylor Lindsey are pleased to have agreed the letting of 5-9 Newland, Lincoln to Refresh Body Spa Ltd.  The property, prominently located at the junction of Newland and Wigford Way, is undergoing extensive refurbishment in preparation for the spa to take occupation in the New Year.

Refresh Body Spa are relocating from 142 High Street to the much larger premises at Newland which will enable them to offer a broader range of treatments including massages, laser hair removal and ultrasonic liposuction.

Following the vacation of Your Move estate agents in the Summer, the work was tendered and a local contractor appointed to undertake the compete internal and external refurbishment.
