Taylor Lindsey have announced plans for a new 26,700 sq ft industrial/warehouse scheme at the Teal Park Development

Teal Park is an 87.2 acre (35.3 hectare) business park located to the south-west of the City of Lincoln, in the city’s prime commercial and business district.

Dan Race, Partner at letting agents Hodgson Elkington commented “The new scheme will offer units from 2,600 to 12,500 sq ft.  This is a sector of the market where we are currently seeing strong demand and we therefore expect to secure early interest”.

Adrian Bower, Property Manager at Taylor Lindsey said “The planning application has been submitted and we expect to commence construction in the Spring.  We are looking forward to commencing the next phase of the development at Teal Park and we are aiming to have the scheme complete by the Autumn”.

Lincolnshire County Council are working alongside Taylor Lindsey and Hodgson Elkington in the marketing of Teal Park.  Business Investment Manager Jill McCarthy commented “Teal Prk is a very important employment site for central Lincolnshire and we are very pleased to see plans for a speculative development on this scale.  We fully expect this will catalyse further interest and development on Teal Park”.
