UNIQUE AUCTIONS SUCCESSFUL MOVE TO TEAL PARK, LINCOLN

Unique Auctions move to their new premises at Teal Park, Lincoln has been a resounding success. The move to the largest single unit, a brand new 12,500 sq. ft. building on Taylor Lindsey’s Vincent Court development, Lincoln has enabled the business to expand their facilities, and also extend their business and trade locally, nationally and internationally.

When making the decision to move to Teal Park, accessibility to their new location was an all-important factor. The premises are situated south west of the City of Lincoln, in the city’s prime commercial and business district, and are conveniently located to both the A46 Lincoln bypass and Whisby Road. Unique Auctions new premises also offer the essential addition of a 70 space car park, which is a necessity for their busy auction and viewing days.  The scale of Unique Auctions new premises has allowed the building to be strategically divided up, catering for their expansion. Their new premises includes 5 Auction rooms, storage areas, meeting rooms/offices and a café.

Unique Auctions proprietor, Terry Woodcock, confirmed, ‘since moving to our new premises the Clearance side of Unique Auctions business has grown. We handle every aspect of Probate, House, Agricultural, Commercial or Industrial Clearances. We have also extended the number of sales, and are now running 6 auctions per month, including our specialist sales: Jewellery and silver; Records, Music and Memorabilia, Books, Comics and stamps, and Fashion and Textiles auctions’.
