WORK UNDERWAY ON PHASE TWO AT AVRO COURT

Taylor Lindsey are constructing the second phase of the ‘Avro Court’ development on Sadler Road. The 12,000 sq ft industrial / warehouse building is on course to be completed in March 2021.

The first 10,500 sq ft building was completed last year and let to PartsPlus (part of Ford) and TSR Trendell Smart Repairs.

The development is speculative and Taylor Lindsey are currently seeking tenants for the units which range from 1,000 sq ft upwards. Taylor Lindsey Development Director Dan Race commented: ‘The interest shown has been positive and it is particularly encouraging to see established, Lincoln based, manufacturing businesses looking to expand despite the current economic uncertainty. We are expecting to sign the first tenants up shortly but are still taking enquiries.’

A planning application has been submitted to Lincoln City Council for an 11,000 sq ft third phase.
